"Hit the Wall" - Wall Ball Individual Workouts

Wall Ball is an excellent way to individually improve your throwing and catching skills, regardless of your experience level.  Below are links to several resources that will provide you with various routines to improve your stick skills.  

Wall Ball can be played against a brick wall or any other hard surface.  A large bounce back wall is located at Peterswood Park at Hofbauer Field.
